Mr. Speaker, I have a quick question for my colleague. It was a good speech with a lot of interesting ideas, and I was quite happy to hear it.

We all heard last week that the earth has passed the level of 400 parts per million in carbon. That was in the news quite widely. I was wondering if the member could speak to the importance of ensuring that all provinces are participants in the process of getting anywhere on this file.

Monsieur le Président, j’aimerais poser une petite question à ma collègue. Elle a prononcé un bon discours, qui contenait beaucoup d’idées intéressantes, et j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Nous avons tous entendu la semaine dernière que la planète avait franchi le seuil des 400 parties par million de dioxyde de carbone. Cette information a été abondamment relayée dans la presse. J’aimerais savoir ce que la députée pense de la nécessité de rallier toutes les provinces à cette cause.
