Madam Speaker, I think when we exclude people we do not get good results. Having a tripartite process is a good way forward and helps us get the results we are looking for that would help everywhere and we need to be able to use that.

Madame la Présidente, je crois que l'exclusion ne donne pas de bons résultats. Un processus tripartite est un bon moyen d'avancer et d'obtenir les résultats souhaités et utiles pour tous. Nous devons pouvoir recourir à un tel processus.
