Mr. Speaker, thank you for giving me a second chance.

I would like to know what my colleague thinks about the importance of preventing conflicts between rural and urban regions when it comes to electoral reform. I am still concerned that such problems will emerge.

Monsieur le Président, je vous remercie de me donner une deuxième chance.

J'aimerais savoir ce que mon collègue pense de l'importance d'éviter des conflits entre les régions rurales et les régions urbaines au sujet de la réforme électorale. Je crains toujours qu'il y ait des problèmes à cet égard.
