Mr. Speaker, I am wondering if my colleague the parliamentary secretary could talk more about the real world impact, now that the Supreme Court deadline has in fact passed.

Monsieur le Président, je me demande si ma collègue la secrétaire parlementaire peut nous en dire un peu plus au sujet de l’effet concret qu’aura le projet de loi, maintenant que l’échéance fixée par la Cour suprême est passée.
